Trixie, a former Master Gardener for Fort Bend County, Texas, is also a former president and member of the Sugar Creek Garden Club in Sugar Land.  She is an active a member, (Gentle Lady) of “Knights of the Vine.”  Most recently, she co-hosted KNUZ radio’s weekly “Food & Garden Magic” show in Houston.

In addition to food styling for several Houston area caterers, she has lectured throughout Texas since 1994.  She is available for the following unique lecture presentations:
